Ivy and staff were absolutely amazing at keeping me informed along the whole process, submitting multiple edits and confirmation along the way and ensuring I was completely satisfied with the end product.  I purchased a custom bobblehead as a gift for my brother for and it was a HUGE hit! I submitted a picture of my nephew (his son), and my brother and sister-n-law were overjoyed with how much the bobblehead looked like the picture. My brother said it was THE best gift he has ever received!
I'm grateful for the customer service provided by Ivy ! When asked if I had any suggestions for/modifications to the unbaked bobblehead, she heard every suggestion, and each modified proof reflected my suggestions. She was extremely patient and understanding!

 Wow, our wedding cake topper was absolutely amazing! We were blown away by the level of detail and how heavy it was. We got it just a few days before our wedding, and it was definitely one of the highlights of our big day. We went for the option of having it in front of the cake instead of on top, and our guests loved it! Now that we're officially hitched, it's become a cherished keepsake for us.
