Refunds:

Refunds Before Shipping

1)You may cancel your order and get full refund before we begin to custom made your bobbleheads and show you the first proofs.
2)Once we begin your order, and show you the proofs, only 50% of total payment refund if you want to cancel your order – please understand that, it is a special Merchandise that we custom made for you.

Refunds After Shipping

If you not like the custom bobblehead when you get your package in hand within 24 hours, you can send it back to us (customer is responsible for return shipping), and get refund after deducting the freight we paid.

Please note: This refund policy is not suit to bulk orders.

Shipping Damage Claims – 100% Free Redo

All merchandise is carefully packaged for shipment. If you get the package with dirty and broken overwrap, Please open and check in front of the courier, if the doll is damaged, please send us photo and we will arrange Free Redo(Digital photos of damaged product is necessary for our damage claims, Proofs must be sent to us within 24 hours after you get it).

At Bbobbler, we want to offer value for money to every customer. For this purpose, we have set an easy redo policy. So, if the bobblehead’s similarity is less than 80% in terms of facial features and other detailing, we will redo the customization process to make sure you get the exact-looking bobblehead. In fact, we will get the new bobblehead made by a different artists team.
